It’s difficult to single out a specific beneficial service or facility that the MSO Workspace Business Centre at Cranmore Place in Soilhull offers us because everything across the board is just excellent.

The whole concept of a fully managed serviced office means that we don’t have to worry about a single aspect of the premises; everything is professionally and efficiently handled. From the friendly manned reception to the fully equipped kitchen with unlimited tea, coffee and ice cold water to the tuck shop with its honesty box – which is quite unique and so much nicer than a vending machine.

If there are any issues, we simply make one call or have a quick word with the centre manager and magically it’s no longer a problem.

If someone parks in our allocated parking spaces, the centre manager will go out of his way to track down the owner of the offending vehicle and politely have it removed.

We are in the business continuity and disaster recovery sector and have other offices around the UK. Our satellite office in Cranmore Place is the only fully serviced office we have. Recently, we moved from two smaller offices to a single larger office and the MSO team was supportive and helpful. Even though we had moved, due to client requirements, we still needed to keep one of the offices. Again MSO was very accommodating and we kept the office until we needed it.

In summary, we are very pleased with the level of service and customer support provided by MSO and as demonstrated, we are confident that MSO will always be there with good, consultative advice as our future business needs demand. I’m happy to support the nomination for the BCA Awards.
