Cranmore Place in Solihull is a great place to launch a new business: The location, easy access to the motorway network, proximity to Birmingham City Centre and on-site car parking facilitates are a real positive but the main reason why I feel happy to nominate MSO Spaces Cranmore Place is the dedication, friendliness and professionalism of the business centre manager and the MSO team. Between them they make the whole experience of running our business here so much more easier, better and pleasurable.
We regularly use the excellent meeting room facilities at Cranmore Place and MSO know exactly what we expect in terms of room set up, refreshment and catering . One simple email or a quick chat is all that is needed and we can be confident that they will take care of everything. This is really important to us because we are a young, start-up business and need to call internal and client meeting at short notice. MSO always try to accommodate our last minute requests with a smile and a “can do” attitude. Since we have been here, they have taken the initiative to understand our business and requirements to such an extent that they act as an extension to our business. We can even drop a large number of postal items at the 11th hour and they will be sent out on the same day or they will personally post the letters if the post has gone! I noticed one of their guarantees is to “provide a serviced office that enhances your business” – they certainly do that for us.
Another example of MSO going beyond what can be reasonably expected is the manner in which the business centre is presented; there is original artwork from a local gallery and this creates a wonderful ambiance throughout the business centre. We also like the fact that this is an unbranded business centre.
We also enjoy the Krispey Crème Doughnuts and the massage chair in the kitchen breakout area is a nice touch.
