Manchester and Birmingham Remain Property Hotspots

Manchester and Birmingham have maintained their positions as two of the highest-ranking UK cities for investment prospects, according to a new report.

The research has placed the cities in 20th and 21st position among domestic and European counterparts for their overall investment prospects in 2018 – well above London (27th) in the “2018 Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe” report, published by financial services firm PwC and thinktank Urban Land Institute.
