For our business the most beneficial part of being based at the MSO Workspace Business Centre in Cranmore Place is that we are centrally located for our clients. We have our main office in Doncaster but the fully serviced office here in Solihull gives us the opportunity to explore the business potential in a new area without committing to a traditional long term office lease.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the motorway network, Birmingham Airport and rail links.
The business centre is very professionally run and the centre manager is very good. We often make use of the admin resources for post handling and shredding purposes and everything is efficiently handled by MSO.
We particularly like the personal touch that MSO employs in our dealings with the company – an example of this is the tuck shop with its honesty box rather than a vending machine. This is not only useful when you don’t have the right change but when you don’t have any loose change!
We make use of the on-site meeting rooms and the catering is always great. Everything is always handled and managed very well.
