We were specifically looking for a fully managed serviced office and visited several other business centres. When we viewed the MSO Business Centre at the HIVE in Manchester it was literally a shell but MSO presented the concept in a way that we ourselves would have presented, displaying the ethos and values that reflected our business. We were impressed by the Business Centre Manager’s “customer-first” attitude and so became the second client to move into the business centre.
We are quite demanding clients because security, confidentiality and date protection are at the core of our business. To meet these business priorities MSO constructed a dedicated comms room for us and allowed us to install our own telephone system. Other providers in the marketplace were very reluctant to offer this level of personalisation and when they were pushed , the cost was prohibitive. In contrast, MSO proved to be highly flexible and very accommodating. We were not charged extra for the additional services.
The business centre manager works in tandem with us to ensure our business priorities are always at the forefront. She manages visitors very efficiently, and maintains a verifiable log of entry to our office alongside the electronic access control which we manage. She goes out of her way to support and assist our business.
The services and facilities at our serviced office have exceeded our expectations. I can’t single out one specific aspect – it’s the whole package – everything just works as it should so we can concentrate.
Although our main office is in the Wirral, we believe our presence here in the HIVE will open up new opportunities for our business; the location is excellent and gives us access to a larger pool of talent as we expand and grow. We have already initiated discussion with MSO as to how our expansion could be managed in the MSO Business Centre and have full confidence that with MSO we will find the ideal serviced office solution to support our growth.
