We have been a client of MSO Workspace for many years now. Originally we were located at the MSO Business Centre at Vision Point in Dudley. When we needed to relocate we spoke to MSO and after having visited a number of different business centres we decided to take the fully managed serviced office space in MSO Cranmore Place.
MSO demonstrated a great deal of flexibility and was willing to accommodate our desire to convert four individual offices into large open plan office space. Other suppliers were just not interested or able to carry out modifications to this extent.
MSO Cranmore Place is very professionally run; the centre is always immaculately presented and the centre manager is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The centre also has a very relaxed and inviting ambience with original artwork on display. Having a tuck shop with an honesty box is also so much nicer than just a vending machine in the corner of a corridor.
In terms of opening new opportunities for us for the future, we can already vouch for the consultative manner in which MSO expedited our relocation from Dudley to Solihull and I’m sure that if the need arose in the future to expand our operations here or in another city, MSO would be equally ready and willing to support us.
To summarise; the way in which MSO dealt with us was done so on a very personal basis, looking after us on a one to one basis. With regard to looking at other locations, we have already asked MSO to look at space in one of their other sites. We deal with MSO because we know we can have one conversation, tell them our needs and they deliver.
